Fluiten Mixer Mechanical Seals are precision-engineered sealing
solutions designed for agitators, mixer, and dryers with rotating
shafts, available in balanced self-aligning catridge configurations
complete with reinforced sleeves and protected springs for reliable
operation under varying shaft run-out and process
The range includes single balanced seals for side-entry mixers, double seals for top, side and bottom-entry applications, gas-pressurized solutions with non-contact Fluilift technology for zero atmospheric emissions, and heavy-duty GT-type double and single seals engineered to accommodate high shaft run-out and demanding duties across chemical, pharmaceutical, food and general industrial sectors.
CBT3/4 (Fluicart)
Balanced self-alignement cartridge mechanical seals, protected springs, with a robust sleeve to accommodate increased stress and shaft run-out. Suitable for applications on small and medium-sized agitators for general purpose.
Single balanced seal. Suitable for side-entry mixers and applications with harmless and moderately dirty liquids.
Single balanced with auxiliary V-ring for quench or leakage control. Suitable for use on side-mounted or bottom-entry agitators and with liquids that might crystallize in the atmosphere.
Double seal designed for top, side, and bottom entry mixers, suitable for gaseous, hazardous, dirty, or high viscosity fluids.
Double Seal designed for gas pressurization. Sliding faces made with Fluigrid technology ensure zero atmospheric emissions, suitable for top-entry mixers.
Single seal for side-entry storage tanks, with shut-off device. Available double lubricated version or with dry containment backup.
GT-Type Double Seals
Double mechanical seals for medium and large top-entry mixers and heavy-duty use.
Cartridge mounted to be fitted on new mixers or retrofitting, grant zero atmospheric emissions and accept high level of shaft run-out.

GT-Type Single Seals
Single mechanical seals suitable for dry-running applications with Fluigrid Technology. Engineered as semi-cartridges or cartridges with cooling capabilities, for new medium and large top-entry mixers or retrofitting. Ideal for harmless gaseous fluids, high level of shaft run-out allowed.

Stationary Seal with Clean profile in contact with the process to guarantee Clean in Place and Sterilize in Place (CIP & SIP), with flange dimensions compliant with DIN28138 or customized. Engineered version for Nutsche filter.
